OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email. Our policy gives you 10 days to contact us from the date of delivery. There will be no refunds on personalized orders.
